Appointments
Same-Day Appointments
Walk ins are welcome depending upon availability
No Show / Late Cancellation
We get it—life happens! If you can’t make it to your appointment, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $30 missed appointment fee. This courtesy allows us to offer the spot to someone else who might need care that day.
Prescription Refills
We know how important your medications are. To ensure you don’t run out, please allow 3 business days for refill requests.
Payments & Charges
Copays and past due balances are due at the time of your appointment.
Paperwork/Form Fees
Additional fee of $25 will be charged for completion forms.
